How Our Architectural 3D Rendering Process Works
Ordering architectural 3D renderings is simple. The rendering process includes five clear stages, and you will always know the current status of your project.
1. Task statement.
You send us all the information about your project.
For example, the information required for your future interior 3d visualization includes: floor plan, plans of furniture, ceilings, illumination, finish of walls and photos of your premises.
For exterior 3d visualization you will need to send the following: site plan, floor plans, elevations, finish materials and your suggestions.
2. Check and task payment.
We check the task, we specify task details necessary for correct performance and we calculate the final cost.
3. Task performance.
We start to work on a project. We will contact you if we need any additional information. And you have to pay us the first invoice payment (50%) only after receiving the first draft 3d renderings. The first draft 3d renderings will be in low quality for your approval, comments and suggestions.
4. Entering of updates.
After your review we make all necessary changes and send your corrected render.
5. Final render.
If updates are not required, we render images in the maximum quality, and send images to your email. You pay the remaining 50%.
*Stage 4 can be repeated until you are satisfied.
*All images would be watermarked until we receive your payment.
Each 3D visualization project can include a private Miro collaboration board where renderings, references, comments and revision history are organized in one place. This makes feedback clearer, helps avoid confusion between file versions and allows us to complete revisions faster and more accurately.
